Although you're using bungee cords, there's an infinite number of different moves you can do in a bungee class. When it's used in the correct way, it's a total body workout that delivers core strength, better flexibility and it builds on your endurance and muscles tool most participants burn 300-700 calories in a 45 min class.
Due to manufacturer and equipment regulations we do have to enforce a weight limit. The participants cannot weigh more than 250 pounds.
For safety reasons and bungee regulations, if you are pregnant, you won't be able to participate. We will be happy to have you in our classes after your pregnancy!
It is absolutely normal to feel nervous about your first class. Once you come to the class these worries will go away. Our instructors are trained to attend everyone and make everyone everyone comfortable. During the class we follow a routine appropriate for the level of the class and our instructors will help you along the way. We want you to feel comfortable and have fun!
You will be able to come to the studio 10-15 mins before the class. If it's your first class, you will be asked to fill out a waiver and after that your instructor will start weighing and hooking up process. The first few minutes of the class are dedicated to set evervone up and studio safety procedure. During the class the doors will be locked to ensure everyones safety.
Please bring your own water bottle and sweat towel. We do have a facility for you to refill your bottle. Make sure you use the restroom before the class as there will be no breaks once the class has started.
Athlethic wear is required. We recommend you wear leggings or knee length shorts/biker shorts. We also recommend that long hair is tied up of braided. Very short shorts or crop tops may cause additional friction from the harness and could possibly cause discomfort. We do offer
additional padding for legs and stomach area to provide as much comfort as possible. If you feel uncomfortable in your harness, tell your instructor immediately so adjustments can be
